To ensure we operate as responsibly as possible, we have made some changes in order to adhere to government guidelines, making your safety and that of our team a priority.
Even though we are a large, spacious restaurant, we have still removed some tables to give us all even more space to move about in a socially responsible and comfortable way.
Prior to re-opening (and at regular intervals thereafter) we will be deep cleaning and sterilising all areas of the restaurant, and front and back of house.
We have purchased an “Airthereal commercial ozone generator and air sterilisation” device for decontamination, fogging and sterilisation purposes that provides a long-lasting protective shield on all surfaces it comes into contact with, killing 99.99% of all known germs and viruses whilst clinically proven not to be harmful to humans in any way.
Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the restaurant with small bottles on every table.
We will keep a record of all guests and visitors for 21 days as requested by the government. Please help us to do this by providing all the necessary details when asked to do so.
All staff members will ensure their hands are washed and sanitised upon leaving their homes, immediately upon arrival at work and then no less than every 30 minutes throughout their shift.
Staff will refrain from physical contact with each other and with guests.
All door handles and push pads will be cleaned and sanitised no less than every 30 minutes.
All tables will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after EVERY use.
Normal menus will be replaced with disposable paper menus and discarded after each use.
Salt and pepper will be served in individual sachets upon request.
Please help us to help each other by being courteous and respectful to other guests and to staff so we can all get back to enjoying some kind of normality again.
