Spring & Summer 2021 Menu

With only a few days left until we finally re-open, we're excited to present to you our new, lighter, tastier-than-ever menu for Spring & Summer 2021!


Our Chefs worked really hard to put it together and hope you will enjoy it as much as our team during the cook-off!

Palmito Salad - grilled palmito hearts, marinated chicken breast strips, mixed leaf salad, roasted cherry tomatoes

Oriental King Prawns - in filo pastry, with sweet chilli dipping sauce



Gressingham Duck Breast, with sauteed potatoes, asparagus, spinach, cherry tomatoes and red wine jus



French Trim Rack of Lamb, with minted fondant potatoes, roasted veg and red wine jus
