Last week The Ilkley Cow had the pleasure to host a Wine & Steak Tasting Event with our partners and premium wine merchants at Bodega Movil.
The tasting of premium wine and beer was complemented by the finest dishes from The Ilkley Cow new á la carte menu, including steak tartare, scotch egg and oriental king prawns, followed by cuts of sirloin, ribeye and fillet steaks.
While the guests enjoyed drinks and food, wine specialists were sharing their knowledge about introduced wine, their stories, regions they come from and the wine-making processes.
